I would put these 8x32 Meopros somewhere in the Viper HD to Razor HD class of optics, which I think is very good for their price range. The binoculars on the right in the last photo are my Bushnell Legend 8x32's that I keep as a backup/loaner pair and a backyard feeder watching pair.
I've tried 8 or 9 binos under $400 in 8x32 and only two of them fit my eyes well: Minox BL 8x33 HD and Meopta Meopro 8x32 HD. I was pretty amazed that I was so hard to fit. By "fit" I mean I can comfortably and without blackout have the eyecups fully around my eyes and not have to tilt the binos off my brow.
WTS/WTT Meopta Meopro 8x32 HD - mint condition. Thread starter Newtosavage; Start date May 9, 2020 May 9, 2020 Been looking and reading all day for a 8x32 in the 4-$5.00 range to complement my Meopro 10x32. I'm reading a lot of good things about the Opticron and I really like the size and weight of this binocular compared to the Meopro. FOV is larger also. Most of the other specs seem close to each other. Never looked through any Opticron binocular. It feels like it performs flawlessly. Maybe not quite as good as the Fuji HC 8x42 but very, very close. The comparison is not quite fair since the HC is 8x42 and the Meopta Meopro HD is 8x32. The coatings are a dark green, very similar to the Fuji FMTR or HC or my Canon 8x32WP.
He understands the best way to get folks to use a product is get it into their hands so they can see how great it is. He immediately cut the prices of all binoculars 20-30%. You can now get a Meopta Meopro 10x42 for under $500.00 and the Meopta MeoStar 10x42 HD for under $1,000.00. They have enhanced their offerings of riflescopes too.
