Solution. #2. I seem to remember that on a Samsung I set up there was a quick select functions that let you turn on the TV speakers after the optical out was turned on and they both worked together. Samsung has the dual bluetooth audio functionality for more than three years and I can't understand why Oppo (and OnePlus) haven't implemented it in ColorOS yet.
